IABC Founding President takes Barbados to the World Stage

Founding President of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Barbados Christal P. Austin will join IABC Canada Master Communicator Cyrus Mavalwala as a featured speaker at the IABC World Conference 2023.  Christal and Cyrus will lead the presentation “Digital Debates: Head-To-Head Battles on Social Media Hot Buttons” on Day 2 of the conference, which is taking place from June 4-7, in the vibrant city of Toronto, Canada.  

“The IABC World Conference is one of the premier international events for public relations practitioners and for me it’s a singular honour to present before an audience of my peers that will also include industry leaders and experts from across the globe.” Christal shared.

As the Lead Consultant of Lyrical Laval PR, Christal has established herself in the field of communication and branding, with a strong focus on empowering clients and organizations.  Drawing from her extensive experience, Christal will share different perspectives and persuasive arguments designed to bring clarity to the complicated digital discussions regarding video, e-mail, and influencer marketing.
